在万能天使服务中心，1212号实习天使（沈腾 饰），是一位能够通过发放金币给用户实现愿望的天使 ，但由于他发放的三枚金币都没法真正实现三位用户（大龄相亲女、创业男 、考试失败的小孩）心愿，于是用户给了他差评 ，实习天使被主管告知实习不通过。在1212号的请求下，天使主管（罗永浩 饰）又提供给他三枚时空穿梭金币，让他选择回到过去弥补错误。但是天使内心坚定自己选择没有错误。1212号天使决定去到未来 ，原来在未来 ，每个用户都因为1212号天使的选择而得到真正的收获，他给的金币或许没能当下立刻实现用户的心愿，但却间接让这些用户认清了自己 ，从而心愿获得了真正的实现，人生可能会有很多诱惑，捷径 ，走偏的几率。但是不不忘初心，方得始终 。最后，1212号天使成功转正成为12月12号的初级天使 ，原来在万能天使服务中心，每一天都有一个天使在守护着每一个用户 。现实中的你要相信，即使遇到困难，只要充满期待和爱 ，也许你也能获得「天使」给你的幸运金币了。
