希汶（陈意涵 饰） 、Kimmy（薛凯琪 饰）和小美（杨子姗 饰）一直是无话不谈的闺蜜，三人大学毕业后开始了同居生活 。乖乖女希汶的生活重心全放在了相爱7年的未婚夫林杰（钟汉良 饰）身上 ，可随着林杰的出轨，三姐妹的生活全被打乱了。无男不欢的白富美Kimmy和酷酷的小美不得不 全天候照顾因失恋而混乱的希汶，但是她们俩为闺蜜的两肋插刀都比不上暖男乔立（余文乐 饰）的出现 。当希汶正为乔立的性取向怀疑时 ，Kimmy和小美却陷入了与摇滚音乐人九天（吴建豪 饰）的三角恋中，并随着九天赴欧洲的演唱会而变得白热化，希汶与Kimmy都不支持小美和九天的恋情 ，而且小美要坚持与九天一起去演唱会 ，就不得不放弃现有的副导演工作。三人的友情危机一触即发 ，小美最终会何去何从？ 导演黄真真也出演了本片，扮演了自己 ，并且还原了自己的纪录片代表作《女人那话儿》的拍摄现场。
