《十小福》是一部青春励志影片 ，讲述十个优秀的青少年如何成长 ，在成长中怎样的艰辛，以及遇到恶势力勇于斗争的故事 。 本片的导演齐跃是天津人，香港著名武术导演孟龙先生和齐跃认为天津的武术氛围很浓，有很多武术冠军也是在天津诞生 ，而且霍元甲这样的一代宗师也是天津人，因此导演觉得天津是拍摄动作片的合适地点。另外 ，导演也希望自己的老家能出现更多的优秀人才 ，给天津的青年人更多机会 。据悉，本片德拍摄景点有天津霍元甲文武学校等，拍摄过程大约需要一个月的时间。
