出品单位 华文博艺影视传媒（北京）有限 清水湾村是豫北一个山清水秀的村庄，村长李长进带领乡亲们大力发展生态农业，在绿色农业和效益上取得了很好成绩，被乡里树为典型。在外打工返乡的张大富 ，是个走南创北、见过世面的复员军人，他承包了清峰山后就放炮开山了 。开石矿产生的石粉，污染了清水河 ，靠清水河而闻名的清水湾村，此后人们再也看不到青山绿水了 。 张大炮和村长因为致富观念的巨大差别，不仅两人闹僵了，村民也分成了两派。为了争取村民支持，村长李长进和张大富决定就致富方式来个“村民公决” 。为此 ，李、张双方都在明里暗里准备着 。 村长李长进同张大富的娘—张二婶年轻时都是文娱活动骨干分子 ，一嗓子豫剧腔调和《朝阳沟》的戏段子哼唱了四十多年，如今两人还正进行着黄昏恋。凑巧的事还有李长进的女儿李水秀也正热恋着张二婶的儿子张大富。 致富观念上的差异和两代人情感上的交融 ，使事情复杂起来。张二婶是护着儿子,还是支持未来的老伴儿、李水秀是站在父亲一边还是投在恋人的怀抱？一时间也成了村民们议论的话题……
