大兴（徐锦江）与迪奇（孙兴）自小相识于江湖上 ，出生入死，且称兄道弟；数年间，大兴事业如日中天，可惜畏妻如虎，事事受到妻子的控制；但他与夜总会女郎Grace（陈绮明）相好；一次，当Grace遇上外国归来的迪奇后 ，两人互生情愫，一拍即合。其后大兴得悉Grace对他不忠，在经过调查下 ，得悉Grace正怀有迪奇的骨肉，兄弟二人反目成仇 ，大兴更将迪奇打至重伤……
