故事讲述了心童(赵廷恩饰)自小缺乏母亲照顾，由父亲天际(林家栋饰)独力养大 。表面上二人是一对模范父女，然而，双方其实缺乏沟通 。 一天 ，心童遇上从实验室逃走出来的思哲(原岛大地饰)，自小吃基因改造食物“超级宝宝”长大的思哲，智商远远超越同龄的儿童，然而，“超级宝宝”虽可提升儿童智商，却同时会令人患上燥狂症，思哲也不例外。 另一方面，“超级宝宝”总裁Chole(田蕊妮饰)誓要找回思哲，但反被心童和思哲二人偷偷潜入“超级宝宝”总部 ，发现了她的阴谋 ，原来Chole为了赚钱 ，明知基因改做食品对儿童有副作用都置之不理。心童将此事告知天际，二人决心查出真相，以免更多儿童受害。过程中 ，三人互相扶持 ，思哲被心童父女的爱心打动，渐渐变得主动 ，同时，思哲亦令心童父女打开心扉，反思自身与对方的关系。
