章鱼保罗（蒋可 配音）因为欠下巨款而遭到了债主的追杀，无奈之下 ，它只能带着家人 ，在海底展开了逃亡，过起了东躲西藏居无定所的生活 。一次偶然中 ，保罗遇见了独眼鲨（谭满堂 配音） ，在独眼鲨的教唆和挑拨之下，保罗竟然走上了赌球的道路，并且屡战屡胜，一夜之间成为了耀眼的明星 ，保罗亦因此而变得自大起来。 保罗的儿子小保（李晔 配音）于无意之中撞破了独眼鲨的阴谋，原来，所有球赛的结果都在独眼鲨的操纵之中 。期初，保罗并不相信儿子所言 ，认为是一派胡言，然而，随着时间的推移，在小保和一干好友的不懈劝说之下，保罗终于看清了事实 ，回归了正道。
